Candidates must be accepted into a graduate program at AU. This position aligns with the length of the candidate’s graduate program and includes tuition remission, a potential stipend, and valuable coaching and recruiting experience.
Expected equivalent of 40 hours per week; however, days and hours may vary based on team schedule, competitions, and recruiting demands. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role off‑site.
Compensation includes full tuition for the master's program and a $5,000.00 stipend. The pay range referenced in the posting is the budgeted amount the university reasonably expects to pay for this position; the final pay rate will not be below the lowest pay rate listed herein.
