Job summary

Aurora University is looking for a Graduate Assistant for Women’s Lacrosse to assist the head coach while pursuing a master’s degree. This role provides invaluable experience in coaching and recruiting, along with full tuition for the master's program and a $5,000 stipend.

The Graduate Assistant will also support practice planning, coordinate travel, and monitor the academic progress of student-athletes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and candidates must have a bachelor's degree and previous lacrosse experience.
