Job summary

GLIDE’s Women’s Center is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and drive workforce development initiatives for participants. You will coordinate trauma-informed case management, connect women to resources, and build partnerships with employers and community allies to expand economic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in human services, workforce development, community-based programming, or related services.
• Experience coordinating programs serving women and/or individuals experiencing economic insecurity or housing instability.
• Experience developing workforce development, employment, education, training, or career-readiness services.
• Demonstrated experience supervising high functioning teams.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and participant-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Women’s Center programs, services, activities, workshops, cohorts, and events.
• Develop and implement programming to enhance participant engagement, stabilization, and economic mobility.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and participant-centered.
• Establish workflows for participant engagement, referrals, and follow-up.
• Coordinate services across basic needs, case management, workforce development, wellness, education, and other services.
• Monitor participation, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvements.
• Support funder reporting, program narratives, and documentation.
• Support budget monitoring and resource use.
• Ensure alignment with contracts and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan program quality improvements.
