Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Prior coaching experience required; collegiate level preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation.
• Able to work unusual hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment of student athletes and ensure NCAA compliance.
• Schedule and conduct regular practice sessions; develop strategies to motivate players.
• Assist in game preparation including film breakdown and scouting reports.
• Provide guidance in academic, disciplinary, and personal matters for student athletes.
• Diligently contribute to team social media accounts.
