Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Prior coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
• First Aid, CPR, AED training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting student-athletes under the head coach.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, Empire 8 Conference, and university policies.
• Support in academic monitoring and student-athlete development.
• Coordinate team travel arrangements and lodging with athletics staff.
• Assist in equipment management and budget tracking for the team.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts and departmental reporting.
