Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a stylist who acts as a trusted style advisor, building lasting relationships with customers in-store and online. You will complete Nordstrom’s training program, gain access to trends and product knowledge, and pursue growth through our Enhanced Premium Stylist program.

You’ll offer confident fashion guidance, connect with clients via in-store and digital channels, and drive sales by arranging appointments and events. A flexible retail schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Confidence and versatility across departments and price points in customer interactions.
• Styling and wardrobe knowledge to advise on pieces that complete a look.
• Strong communication to build meaningful relationships with customers.
• Enthusiasm for digital engagement and social tools to connect with clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that fit their style.
• Create connections using in-store interactions and Nordstrom apps to inspire customers.
• Drive sales through outreach and appointment-setting during events and non-event periods.
• Follow up after purchases, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and adapt to selling across departments.
