Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that complement their style.
• Create connections via in-store and digital tools to inspire and engage customers.
• Drive revenue by growing sales through events, outreach and appointment-setting.
• Follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, and invite customers to Nordstrom events and Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and ensure a welcoming customer experience.
• Sell across departments to gain exposure to new styles and customers.
