You will complete Nordstrom’s training, gain access to new looks, and participate in the Enhanced Premium Stylist pathway that offers greater earning potential and growth opportunities. This role emphasizes customer connections, fashion knowledge, and digital engagement through apps and social tools, with flexibility across departments

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to sell across departments and price points.
• Comfort with digital engagement and social tools.
• Willingness to learn Nordstrom’s standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that fit their style.
• Create connections via in-store and digital channels to inspire customers and share looks.
• Drive sales growth through outreach and appointment-setting.
• Follow up with customers, invite to events, and introduce them to Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sell across departments to gain exposure to new styles and customers.
