• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Show up for your team every shift and maintain a productive department environment
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business via Nordy Club enrollment
• This position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
