You will use styling expertise, stay current on trends, and contribute to a positive team culture while meeting sales goals and maintaining store presentation. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in bi-annual inventory count.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment, and pitch in to help the department stay productive.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business by using the 2-2-2 Method (follow up 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months after a purchase).
