Job summary

BYLT is seeking a Sr Merchandising Manager for Women’s Apparel to own the vision, growth and profitability of the women’s business. You will develop the merchandising strategy across categories, balancing customer insights, market trends, product innovation, financial performance and inventory productivity to build a strong assortment.

This leadership role requires collaborating with Design, Product Development and Planning to drive line architecture, assortment planning and open-to-buy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive merchandising experience in women’s apparel.
Proven track record of profitable merchandising strategies.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting and margin management.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the overall merchandising strategy and vision for the women’s business.
Develop multi-season category strategies for growth and profitability.
Lead milestones, line reviews, and key business presentations.
Own assortment architecture and product strategy in partnership with Design.
Analyze performance and optimize inventory productivity and pricing.
