The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Women of Vision Coordinator to support the Director of Women of Vision and Campaign Pipeline with planning, coordinating, and executing WOV programs, events, and committees. This role supports strong member engagement and grants-related activities.

You will work closely with lay leaders to implement initiatives, manage logistics for meetings and events, and assist in outreach and site visits, all within a hybrid schedule and a

• Serve as liaison for Education/Advocacy and Evaluation Committees.
• Coordinate and execute WOV programs, Zoom sessions, book reviews, Advocacy Day, and joint events.
• Assist in planning site visits with grantees.
• Implement outreach initiatives like “WOV in the Wild.”
• Work with lay leaders to plan committee priorities and events.
• Provide logistics for meetings and parlor meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials.
• Attend and support events during daytime or evening hours as needed.
• Support the grants process including coordinating meetings, distributing materials, tracking timelines.
• Collaborate with committee co-chairs to develop meeting agendas and ensure smooth facilitation.
• Manage pledge reminders and follow-up.
