Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Master Cook Wok at Din Tai Fung Aria to prepare food under the Chef's supervision and contribute to WOW moments for guests across the property. You will manage wok stations, ensure quality, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The position is part-time, offering $27.00 per hour, with weekend/holiday shifts and opportunities for culinary growth within a world-class resort brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Formal culinary training preferred.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation based on pars and follow station set-up sheet.
• Follow methods of food preparation, cooking, portion size, sauces and garnishing.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality by taste and appearance.
• Ensure orders are handled correctly in CRM system.
