Job summary

Jay Group is seeking a WM Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on processing customer orders efficiently across all Jay Group facilities, leading waves in the WMS, and coordinating with Site Directors and Client Services to ensure service levels.

The candidate will lead WM projects, develop procedures, and mentor Wave Planners while providing strong organizational and communication skills to support all teams in meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse management or logistics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and release waves daily through WMS and monitor wave automations.
• Prepare daily work for the DC floor.
• Communicate with Site Directors and Client Services to ensure service levels.
• Design, implement and test WM system enhancements with vendors as needed.
• Develop and document WMS procedures and SOPs.
