Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Systems and Warehouse Manager to oversee WMS, analytics, and network resources; lead continuous improvement; and align with our supply chain strategy. You will direct all warehouse activities and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive WMS, logistics, and IT systems management experience, with a track record of leading teams, coordinating training, and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience managing a Warehouse Management System.
• 6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics field.
• 4 years of experience managing IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse management system (WMS) operations and configuration.
• Drives continuous improvement through analytics and system enhancements.
• Directs warehouse activities including training, shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety.
• Coordinates site and network operations and ensures safe work culture.
• Plans labor to meet demands and goals and reconciles inventories.
