Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Systems & Operations (Warehouse Excellence) to lead regional warehouse execution, leadership capability, and performance improvement across the network.

You will develop warehouse leaders, set priorities for Warehouse Excellence, and collaborate with site Directors and corporate partners to scale best practices and drive sustainable results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years warehouse distribution management/leadership experience.
• 6+ years experience in position management.
• 4+ years managing people and/or cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site or regional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop Warehouse managers to ensure consistent execution across regions.
• Set strategic direction and priorities for Warehouse Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure leadership training, assessments, onboarding programs are effective.
• Accountability for performance outcomes across safety, quality, cost, and inventory.
• Oversee multi-site productivity, cost-saving, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Directors and corporate stakeholders to align priorities.
