Job summary

HRB is seeking a WMS Consultant in Texas to lead the Manhattan Active WMS implementation and related SAP integration efforts. The role requires deep knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, extensive experience with Manhattan WMS across versions, and the ability to document specifications and validate integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with client teams, perform functional testing, and guide best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Manhattan Active WMS
8+ years of Manhattan WMS experience
Experience with WMS-Active implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Oracle databases and SQL queries
Knowledge of ERP integration with WMS
Experience with WMS testing and release management
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead WMS implementation and actively participate in WMS design, configuration, testing, and deployment projects
Serve as SME for Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS- ACTIVE)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specs
Create comprehensive documentation including Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for WMS-SAP integration
Conduct thorough system testing and validation of WMS-SAP integrations
Provide guidance on best practices and optimize WMS within SAP context
Stay updated on industry trends to support continuous process improvement
