Job summary

HRB is seeking a Solutions Architect for MAWM/Retail Systems to lead the WMS implementation and design activities. You will act as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Active WMS, guiding inbound/outbound configurations and cross‑functional engagement with ERP integrations.

The role requires deep Manhattan WMS experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver robust solution designs and tests across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Manhattan WMS experience with at least 1–2 years in Manhattan Active implementation.
• Experience developing functional specs and integration between WMS (Manhattan Active) and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound WMS processes and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WMS implementation and participate in design, configuration, and testing.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Active WMS and MAWM integrations.
• Create high-level design blueprints and functional specs for MAWM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities.
• Validate WMS–SAP/ERP integrations and support release management across global deployments.

Solutions Architect - MAWM/ Retail Systems

Position Summary
The WMS Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the WMS implementation, and will actively participate in the WMS design, configuration, test the supply chain platform and WMS implementation projects. Serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Associates (MA) Warehouse Management System (WMS- ACTIVE), based on an in-depth knowledge of Inbound, Outbound functions and the unique business requirements of the client

• Must have 8+ years of Manhattan WMS Experience along with at least 1 or 2 years in implementation experience of Manhattan Active
• Develop comprehensive functional requirements and specifications for seamless integration between Warehouse Management System (Manhattan Active WMS) and other ERP systems.
• Create detailed documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD), outlining integration processes and workflows.
• Create a high-level design or blueprint that outlines the structure, components, and interactions of the MAWM implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of WMS-SAP integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions for optimizing WMS functionalities within the context of SAP integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute insights for continuous process improvement.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management especially focusing on Manhattan WMS Configurations, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End testing and Release Management pertaining to complex Warehouse Management implementations.
• Rich knowledge and experience on Manhattan WMS across versions
• Extensive exposure and experience in the Manhattan Warehouse Management implementations across the globe.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable functional specifications.

• Proven experience with Manhattan Active WMS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work along with client and help them in WMS –Active implementation
• Strong communication and capability to work in pressure.
• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL queries.
• Good understanding on Integration with ERP
• Experience with WMS Reports/ Supply Chain Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of integrating warehouse management systems with other equipment and systems such as MHE (conveyors), Warehouse control systems (WCS),
