Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a candidate in Memphis, TN to perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures. The role requires 5–7 years of experience with systems like Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/WM, and deep expertise in MOCA.

The ideal candidate will analyze logs and data flows, resolve production issues, and support system stability in a 24/7 warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures.

• Support escalations from the techno-functional support team.
• Ensure system stability in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/WM, Manhattan Active/WMOS, Oracle WMS
• Strong hands‑on experience with MOCA (required)
• Experience analyzing logs, trace files, and data flows
• Strong background in troubleshooting live production systems
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations/3pl

Additional Experience That’s a Plus

• Experience with WMS integrations and APIs
• Exposure to warehouse automation systems (Dematic, conveyors, ASRS, etc.) - Work with physical equipment that moves products around.
• Experience supporting go‑live or post go‑live environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures
• Analyze trace files, logs, data flows, and system integrations
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues
• Support escalations from techno‑functional support team
• Work across integrations between WMS, automation systems, and external platforms
• Ensure system stability in a high‑volume, 24/7 warehouse environment
