Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Tasker to support operations on the 2nd shift in a busy warehouse environment. You will expedite transactions through the warehouse management system, resolve issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse staff, and help drive on-time shipping and accurate data entry.

The role requires basic Excel skills, at least a high school diploma, and up to 1 year of related warehouse or dispatch experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• 0-1 years data entry/dispatch preferred.
• Basic Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor and move workload through the system.
• Work with operations to reduce overages, shorts and damages.
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping; update communications.
• Generate system reports and audit sheets to assess shift progress.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure seamless transactions.
