Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and support of WMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues for end users.
• Interface with operations staff to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides for the system.
• Analyze system discrepancies; generate reports to monitor performance.
• May write crystal programs to facilitate the total network.
