Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bloomington, CA is seeking a 1st Shift Tasker to plan, schedule, and coordinate warehouse tasks. You will work on outbound/inbound freight, use a WMS (Blue Yonder/Red Prairie/JDA/SAP) and Excel daily, and move across the warehouse floor to support multiple areas.

The role is on-site, 4am-12:30pm, Monday-Friday with possible overtime. Requirements include a High School Diploma and 6 months of warehouse experience; data entry/dispatch experience and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• 0-1 years data entry/dispatch experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Monitor workload using system screens and move workload efficiently.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize inventory issues.
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping using proper channels.
• Generate and use system reports to track shift progress.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure smooth transactions.
