Job summary

Undocked, Inc. is seeking a seasoned WMS Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of warehouse management solutions.

The role requires deep WMS domain expertise and proven PM experience, with preference for Infios WMS and other major platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with warehouse operations and IT teams, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive agile delivery across engineering and QA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in WMS, Supply Chain Technology, Logistics, or related tech domains.
• Proven experience as PM, PO, Functional Lead, or similar role supporting WMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operations.
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of core WMS processes: Inbound/Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Must be based in or relocate to Raleigh, NC and work 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

• Own the WMS product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Partner with business and warehouse operations teams to identify requirements and prioritize product enhancements.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile product delivery in collaboration with engineering, QA, architecture, and implementation teams.
• Lead continuous improvements across receiving, putaway, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Support UAT, releases, deployments, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate on integrations between WMS and ERP, OMS, TMS, automation, and material handling systems.
• Analyze product and operational performance to identify opportunities for improved warehouse efficiency and user experience.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for WMS initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WMS Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of warehouse management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong WMS domain expertise and product management experience, with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

Experience with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS) is highly preferred, but strong WMS Product Managers with experience on other enterprise WMS platforms are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operations.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of core WMS processes including Inbound/Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC and work 3 days per week in the office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS).
• Experience with other enterprise WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Softeon, or similar.
• Experience with WMS integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, warehouse automation, or material handling systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
• Agile or Product Management certification is a plus.
