Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking an experienced WMS support professional based in Northeast, MD, to serve as the on-floor point of contact for warehouse system issues. This on-site role operates at 200 Gateway Drive, Northeast, MD 21901, collaborating with warehouse staff and IT teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

You will analyze WMS-to-OMS/ERP/TMS interfaces, translate operational pain points into actionable system requirements, review post-incident actions, and drive peak-season readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of WMS support in live DC environments.
• Deep knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Hands-on with RF devices and troubleshooting.
• SQL data investigation and reporting (write/modify queries).

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-floor point of contact for WMS issues.
• Analyse WMS-OMS/ERP/TMS interface issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Translate operational pain points into actionable system requirements for IT.
• Track issue trends and flag recurring gaps.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds via config or process changes.
• Support peak-season readiness planning and configuration reviews.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and preventive measures.
