Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a live warehouse/distribution center environment.
Solid understanding of core warehouse operations and order journey.
Hands-on experience with RF/handheld scanning devices and troubleshooting device-level issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the on-floor point of contact for WMS-related issues raised by warehouse associates, supervisors, and shift leads.
Analyse WMS-to-OMS/ERP/TMS interface issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Act as the liaison between warehouse operations leadership and the IT/applications team and translate issues into system requirements.
Track issue trends and flag recurring problems indicating gaps.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds through configuration or process changes.
Support peak season readiness planning and contingency planning.
Contribute to post-incident reviews and help implement preventive measures.
