Job Description

• The end-client is looking for an experienced WMS Manhattan Tester to join their QA team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Manhattan Associates' WMS implementations, strong understanding of warehouse processes, and a solid background in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases for Manhattan WMS (Active, WMOS, SCALE, etc.)
• Conduct integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate WMS configurations, workflows, and interfaces with ERP, TMS, OMS, and other systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ALM
• Perform data validation, order flow, inventory, shipping, and picking scenario testing
• Support UAT and go-live activities, including defect triage and resolution
• Prepare test plans, traceability matrices, and test summary reports
