Job summary

Custom Goods Logistics is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer to lead design and development of software for our Warehouse Management System. You will drive integrations with ERP, TMS and warehouse automation, and develop APIs to connect external customers and internal applications.

You will collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure the WMS meets business standards and implements scalable solutions for customer implementations and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proven track record in WMS configuration, implementation and support.
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI).
• Experience with EDI, API and data integration.
• Ability to develop software code objects to support business flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of application software and integrations for the WMS.
• Connect WMS with external customers and internal applications.
• Develop APIs and integration objects to connect applications and warehouse automation.
• Analyze customer requirements and design integration flows for data persistence.
• Lead WMS projects, upgrades, and ERP/TMS integrations.
• Communicate effectively with Operations and other stakeholders.
