Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and drive continuous improvement of the WMS and warehouse operations. The role directs activities across shipping, receiving, inventory, safety and staff training to support our supply chain goals.

The candidate will coordinate with IT and operations to implement enhancements, maintain accurate inventories, and ensure efficient warehouse performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Years – Experience combined in managing a Warehouse Management System.
• 6 Years – Experience in warehouse or logistics field.
• 4 Years – Experience managing IT systems.
• 10+ Years– Experience in managing a Warehouse Management System (preferred).
• 10+ Years – Experience in warehouse or logistics field (preferred).
• 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversees, manages and directly drives continuous improvement for WMS functionality and related systems.
• Plans, directs, and monitors all activities in the warehouse.
• Responsible for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and understands its database structure.
• Leads initiatives to improve WMS functionality and build a safe work culture.
• Coordinates technical support for site or network operations and systems.
• Oversees activities of warehouse operations including training, shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety.
