Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Systems & Warehouse Manager in Denver to lead WMS functionality and optimize warehouse operations. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate IT-related site support, and partner with production, sales, and purchasing to align logistics with company goals.

Responsibilities include configuration of WMS, ensuring safe operations, and leading labor planning to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience managing a Warehouse Management System.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Minimum 4 years' experience managing IT systems.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality.
• Understand the WMS database structure.
• Perform advanced configuration of the WMS.
• Lead initiatives to improve WMS functionality.
• Maintain a safe work culture.
• Coordinate technical support for site/network operations.
• Serve as site lead for systems implementations and modifications.
• Oversee warehouse operations including training, shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety.
• Manage and schedule labor to meet demand and goals.
• Oversee shipping/receiving discrepancies and RMAs.
• Train forklift operators and certify road tests.
• Establish procedures for shipments, inventory handling, and disposition.
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate with production, sales, records control and purchasing.
• Direct salvage of damaged/unused material.
• Manage month-end inventory and cycle counts.
