Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Tasker for the 1st shift. The role centers on expediting transactions through the warehouse management system and providing timely information to customers, carriers, and warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and some warehouse or data entry experience; basic Excel knowledge is preferred. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry/dispatch preferred.
• Basic Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor workload in the WMS.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping updates.
• Generate system reports and monitor shift progress.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure seamless transactions.
