Job summary

Link Group is seeking an experienced WMS Functional Consultant fluent in French to drive warehouse management system implementations and rollouts across international sites.

You will translate supply chain needs into scalable WMS solutions, lead discovery workshops with French-speaking stakeholders, and collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure successful migrations in complex distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP and Infor experience in a logistics context.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is required.
• Experience in client-facing consulting and system integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops with French-speaking stakeholders.
• Design core warehousing processes within the target WMS.
• Support implementation, configuration, deployment, and localized rollouts.
• Create test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and validate workflows.

• WMS Expertise: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Generix, Reflex WMS, or Infor WMS).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment operations.
• Consulting Background: Previous experience in client-facing consulting, system integration, or end-to-end software deployment projects.
• Language Skills: French (B2+/C1 level) with the ability to lead meetings and produce functional documentation in French; professional English for internal coordination.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and facilitation skills to bridge business needs with technical delivery teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with warehouse automation systems (MHE, WCS/WES integration, RF scanning, voice picking).
• Basic knowledge of integration protocols (EDI, REST APIs, Flat files) between WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365).

Your responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Gathering Requirements: Lead functional discovery workshops with French-speaking business stakeholders and warehouse operations teams to capture end-to-end supply chain requirements.
• Functional Solution Design: Map and design core warehousing processes (Inbound/Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Inventory Management, VAS) within the target WMS platform.
• Implementation & Rollouts: Support functional implementation, configuration, deployment, and localized rollout activities for international warehouse sites.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business workflows against target solution architecture.
• Training & Change Management: Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions to warehouse operational teams and end-users.
• Hypercare & Support: Provide functional expertise, root-cause analysis, and process optimization during post-go-live stabilization phases.
