Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Warehouse techno-functional consultant with Life Sciences / Pharma experience.
• Experience in validated/GxP environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Experience integrating warehouse systems with ASRS, AGVs, and MES.
• Proven warehouse operations experience: inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
• English is essential; Italian and/or French desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with site users in business/physical process language rather than system jargon.
• Collaborate with IT, automation and vendor teams during implementation.
• Drive actions through to completion, escalate blockers, and own dependencies.
• Travel to site during critical phases such as implementation, testing and go-live.
