Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a Configuration Analyst to ensure efficient WMS operation at the distribution center. You will manage data, configure the WMS, and support process improvements daily.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and PowerBI skills, plus experience with HighJump. You will collaborate with DC leadership and training teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience configuring and managing warehouse management systems.
• Prior experience with HighJump strongly preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis with ability to generate reports.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, v-lookups) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve WMS configuration issues to ensure safe storage of items.
• Maintains WMS slotting parameters and generates slotting reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Inserts / updates WMS data based on slotting output using SQL.
• Works with DC management to optimize product flow and re-slotting activities.
• Publishes reports and communicates key performance indicators and improvements.
• Participates in associate training and supports lean initiatives on the floor.
