Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the supply chain, logistics or distribution field with direct responsibility for financials and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect operational reporting to identify key areas of focus.
• Proficient in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes (e.g.: warehouse management, purchasing and inventory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in operations management including creating reports, analyzing and reporting KPIs, and documentation.
• Generate ad-hoc data analysis and recommended action plans.
• Produce weekly metrics for Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Build ad-hoc SQL queries and retrieve data from databases for reports.
• Collaborate across departments to improve data capture methods.
• Craft PowerBI dashboards to visualize data for management.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and objectives.
