Job summary

ZEISS is seeking an Application Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and support HighJump WMS and internal applications. You will collaborate with users to improve processes and deliver new functionality, including training key users; HighJump training is provided.

You will work on analyzing requirements, building functionality and reports, and maintaining systems, ensuring robust support and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SQL Server experience with advanced T-SQL and SSIS.
• Deep knowledge of WMS, shipping, and logistics in high-volume settings.
• Proficient in .NET technologies (C#, ASP) and SSRS.
• Experience with HighJump is preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse business requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop functionality, reports, and system solutions from requirements.
• Implement solutions through the full development lifecycle with testing.
• Maintain and monitor applications and databases.
• Provide second-level support and user training on new features.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and improvements.
