Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our elite testing and evaluation team in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports national security through state-of-the-art testing capabilities, systems engineering, and technical evaluation across multiple disciplines.

Candidates will work on instrumentation plans, data acquisition, safety programs, and project management, with focus on compliance, field operations, and explosive safety. Must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with relevant test and evaluation experience as stated.
• Experience with instrumentation planning, data acquisition, and sensors.
• Knowledge of NEPA compliance and environmental regulations.
• Expertise in safety management, risk assessment, and hazard analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop instrumentation plans and methodologies for testing objectives.
• Research and implement data acquisition systems and sensor tech.
• Ensure environmental compliance and NEPA standards at sites.
• Develop health and safety plans for construction and testing activities.
• Manage respiratory protection and PPE programs; confined space protocols.
• Provide systems engineering for weapons and capabilities evaluation.
• Prepare technical documentation (SOTOs, TRDs, TDDs, TEPs).
• Monitor safety, logistics, and project management; ensure QA at sites.
• Oversee storage, handling, and transport of test explosives; safety.
• Support field operations, forecasting usage, coordinating equipment, managing inventories.
