Noblis is seeking a logistics-focused professional to support test programs at our Albuquerque site in the United States. The role involves forecasting usage, establishing cost factors, and coordinating with site managers to ensure test construction equipment is ready and compliant.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, 5 years of experience (or higher), or an Associate with 8 years, plus an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years OR High School diploma with 11 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI; US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast usage, establish repair and replacement cost factors.
• Determine test support requirements from customer objectives.
• Interpret maintenance requirements and operational capabilities of test support construction equipment.
• Assist site manager in monitoring and coordinating the execution of assigned test support construction equipment to test programs.
• Assist the site manager in managing the asset hand receipt, vehicle inventory, and warehouse inventory.
• Account for all test material and supplies required to support test programs as needed.
• Provide technical and management expertise and coordinate test support requirements with the site manager and test teams.
• Assist the site manager in maintaining daily accountability of all personnel working at the site.
• Design, prepare and implement standard operating procedures covering normal and emergency procedures for support operations.
• Assist the site manager in managing the construction & demolition landfill.
• Understand applicable environmental and safety regulations to maintain compliance with all environmental and safety requirements.
