Noblis is seeking a logistics-focused professional to forecast usage, determine test support requirements, and manage inventory for test programs at our Albuquerque site.

The role involves coordinating with site managers, maintaining accountability for materials and personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Strong credentialing and clearances are required, with potential for hybrid work depending on government guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience or Associates degree plus 8 years, or High School diploma plus 11 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast usage rates and establish initial repair and replacement cost factors.
• Determine test support requirements from customer test objectives.
• Interpret and evaluate maintenance and operational capabilities of test support equipment.
• Assist the site manager in monitoring and coordinating the execution of test support equipment to test programs.
• Manage asset hand receipt, vehicle inventory, and warehouse inventory.
• Account for all test material and supplies required to support test programs.
• Provide technical and management expertise and coordinate test requirements with the site manager and test teams.
• Maintain daily accountability of all personnel working at the site.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures for support operations.
• Manage construction & demolition landfill operations.
• Understand and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
