Responsibilities

Facilitate monthly full-day WLA sessions using the curriculum, creating a structured, engaging learning environment.
Guide discussions, case studies, and reflective exercises to promote active participation and peer learning.
Foster an inclusive environment supporting open dialogue, vulnerability, and growth.
Support mentor engagement and mentor-mentee relationships; deliver mentor training.
Prepare session materials and coordinate with PACS staff on planning and delivery.
