Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Part-Time Leadership Facilitator to support the Institute for Leadership Development at Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. You will facilitate LEAD program sessions, assist with curriculum design, and prepare instructional materials for in-person and virtual sessions.

The role requires strong facilitation, presentation skills, and experience with adult learning concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social work, adult learning, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Attend all in person training program sessions and work as part of a team to effectively facilitate program delivery.
Support curriculum design and development of leadership training programs.
Prepare instructional materials, including presentations and handouts, for each session or event.
Work with peers in a fast-paced environment and ensure learning outcomes are met across locations and virtually.
Apply adult learning concepts to foster effective learning environments.
Complete training preparation and engage in ongoing professional development.
Motivate and inspire leaders by facilitating discussions with practical examples.
Set up and close learning spaces and manage virtual training platforms.
Prepare reports such as attendance rosters and communications as needed.
Collaborate with leadership coaches to support participant development.
