Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking Sales Associates for the Flagship Wizarding World store in New York City. You will engage customers, support leadership, and uphold brand standards in a high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, cash handling, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals while embodying the Harry Potter universe you love. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working at a retail store.
• Minimum 6 months experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Knowledge of Harry Potter series and background.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, visual) with ability to communicate to groups.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on basic numerical skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with good initiative.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Open availability including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Assist customers with merchandise purchases and locating items.
• Maintain store appearance to meet visual merchandising standards.
• Handle register and cash transactions accurately.
