Job summary

Ryther is hiring a WISe Therapist to support children, youth, and families with intensive mental health care. The therapist works in a team framework with a Wraparound Facilitator and Parent/Youth Partner, identifying goals and coordinating access to community resources.

This full‑time position typically follows an 11‑7 schedule, Monday through Friday, with possible on‑call work. Compensation ranges from $64,500 to $84,880 per year, DOE, in Washington State.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or a related field.
• Washington State DOH counselor registration or license, and Mental Health Professional certification.
• Two years' experience providing treatment to children or adolescents with serious emotional or behavioral issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic support to children, youth, and families in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate in a team with Wraparound Facilitator and Parent/Youth Partner to identify goals, assess needs, and coordinate access to community resources.
• Conduct outreach to clients and families in their homes, schools, and community to support treatment goals.
