Rural Mutual Insurance invites motivated, community-minded professionals in Wisconsin to build relationships with families, farmers, and businesses while growing a personal book of business. Insurance experience is not required, and the financed agent program provides base salary support and licensing assistance.

As an Insurance Agent, you will develop referrals, prospect new customers, and deliver responsive service.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience is not required.
• Candidates come from diverse backgrounds including sales, customer service, education, agriculture, banking, healthcare, military service, and business ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners.
• Learn customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Develop referral sources and community partnerships.
• Prospect for new customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Grow and manage a book of business in your Wisconsin territory.
• Provide knowledgeable, responsive service throughout the customer relationship.
