The financed agent program includes base salary support, commissions, and licensing assistance, with ongoing training and local underwriting support.

Successful agents come from many backgrounds, including sales, customer service, education, agriculture, banking, healthcare, military service, and business ownership. What matters most is your initiative, relationship-building ability, and commitment to serving your community.

Through our financed agent program, you will receive:

• Base salary support as you establish your business

As an Insurance Agent, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners
• Learn about customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Grow and manage a book of business in your Wisconsin territory

Agents who meet established performance expectations generally earn $75,000 to $85,000 in total first-year compensation, including base salary, commissions, and applicable bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and business results.
