Rural Mutual Insurance - Big Lakes in Wisconsin is looking for an Insurance Agent to build a career helping families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most. Through our financed agent program, we provide salary support, licensing assistance, coaching, and tools to succeed.

As an Insurance Agent, you'll develop customer relationships, identify insurance needs, recommend solutions, build community partnerships, and grow a book of business across Wisconsin.

Qualificações

• Experience building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Strong organizational skills to manage databases and records efficiently.
• Ability to stay informed about industry trends and policy changes to provide up-to-date advice.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing trusted guidance.
• Identify customer risks, coverage needs, and goals, then recommend appropriate insurance solutions to help protect what matters most.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to generate new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and grow a successful book of business.
• Build relationships within the community through networking, local events, and partnerships with individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Collaborate with underwriting and other internal teams to help deliver insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting customers throughout their insurance experience.
• Continuously develop industry and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and stay current with changing customer needs and market trends.
