Rural Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated, community-minded professionals to build relationships, grow a book of business, and help Wisconsin families, farmers, and business owners protect what matters most.

Through our financed agent program, you will receive base salary support, commission and bonus opportunities, licensing assistance, training, coaching, and underwriting support to establish your business and serve your Wisconsin territory.

As an Insurance Agent, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners
• Learn about customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Agents who meet established performance expectations generally earn $75,000 to $85,000 in total first-year compensation, including base salary, commissions, and applicable bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and business results.
