Qualifications

• Firefighter background and EMS knowledge required.
• Proven sales experience in fire equipment or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential fire service clients.
• Conduct demonstrations of fire equipment and apparatus to departments.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients.
• Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to promote Dinges Fire Company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and support.
• Travel weekly within Wisconsin and attend meetings at the home office as needed.
