Dinges Fire Company in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive Fire Equipment Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with fire departments and EMS. You will manage the sales process for a range of fire equipment and apparatus, identifying opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role requires weekly travel within the state, with occasional meetings at the Amboy home office and Fire Shows. Flexible work-from-home options are available for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have firefighter background and understand all aspects of fire department and EMS needs.
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on fire equipment or related industries.
• Strong understanding of fire apparatus and emergency equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of sold products.
• The State Manager must be adept at growing business without daily in-person management. The position requires home office space.
