First American's GO Title division seeks an entry-level Title Examiner to support the analysis of public records and determine the legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property titles. You will prepare initial title commitments and may abstract residential records under procedural guidelines.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a customer-service oriented mindset. This is a remote role with pay range $17.69–$23.56 hourly.

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property.

Entry level position. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
