Job summary

First American GO Title division seeks an entry-level professional to support title and escrow production across Mortgage Services, Commercial, Direct, and Agency divisions. The role involves researching public records, examining title conditions, and summarizing or copying documents affecting title.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with customer service experience preferred. Pay ranges from $17.69 to $23.56 per hour, plus benefits, with remote work eligibility.

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property.

Entry level position. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.
